Epipremnum pinnatum 'Dragon tail'

Dragon tail - Epipremnum Pinnatum (S)

$19.95

An easy indoor plant requiring minimal care, the 'Dragon tail' plant features natural splits in each deep green leaf - it is clear where it gets its name! Though younger plants will still have whole elliptical shaped leaves, as the plant matures, each new leaf will feature more splits. When well established, these luscious leaves can get over 30cm long! Continuous repotting encourages larger growth. As a trailing plant which will use aerial roots to cling onto available surfaces, 'Dragon tail' is an ideal indoor houseplant that will grow happily in a range of contexts: but it will be at its best popped in a hanging basket or supported on a totem.

CARE TIPS

The Dragontail plant performs well from bright indirect light to mostly shade, and in well drained soil. Allow the top soil to dry out before moderate watering. To support healthy growth, fertilise in warmer season. Increase watering during warmer months and slow down in the winter, when your plant is more dormant.
