Begonia rex 'Arctic Breeze'

Begonia Rex 'Arctic Breeze' (S)

Hailing originally from India, the Begonia Rex, known also as the Painted Leaf, is a family of beautiful plants with large colourful leaves. The Arctic Breeze has stunning silvery sheen and pretty white flowers during warmer months. Preferring humid conditions, it can be a tricky plant but its beauty is worth the effort. Please note, this plant should not be consumed and should be kept away from pets or children.

The Begonia Rex likes humidity so is best kept next to other plants to help generate more humidity and avoid drafts. Keep in indirect light or a shaded spot. Be careful not to overwater or over fertilise as soggy soil and prolonged wet leaves and stems can lead to rot and too much fertiliser will burn its leaves.
