Ficus benjamina 'Indigo'
Ficus benjamina 'Indigo' (M)
Ficus benjamina, also known as 'Weeping Fig' grows as a large broadleaf evergreen tree in tropical and subtropical climates, but is more often grown as a houseplant. Ficus benjamina 'Indigo' offers darker foliage that is more forgiving in low light conditions, which you can prune to your desired size and shape to encourage denser growth.
Ficus benjamina 'Indigo' thrives in a wide range of soils and conditions, but prefers a sunny, open position in moist, well drained soil. Allow to dry out between waterings. Prune as required to encourage dense growth. Fertilise in the warmer months for faster growth. Ficus Alii Petite can grow to a height of 1.5 metres and a width of 75 centimetres.
