Hoya vines are unique plants native to southern India that make interesting, easy to care for indoor plants. There are over 2,000 plants in the hoya family with their waxy leaves coming in a variety of shapes and sizes. The most classic is the Hoya Carnosa, with its elegant waxy leaves growing in almost any condition. Given enough light, your hoya may boost a bouqet of pale pink porcelein-like flowers that are shaped like tiny stars. The blooms even let off a gorgeous vanilla cented perfume!

CARE TIPS

Best kept in a warm position close to a window with bright, indirect light but kept out of full sun to avoid burning the leaves. Provide hoya with rich, well-draining soil but not too much room as this plant doesn't mind being a bit rootbound. Let the soil dry out between waterings but keep frequen to maintain moist soil.
