Rhaphidophora tetrasperma (Philodendron 'Minima')

Mini Monstera - Rhaphidophora tetrasperma (S)

Rhaphidophora tetrasperma aka Philodendron 'Minima' is a small vining plant with highly glossy green leaves that develop interesting fenestration's as they mature. Sometimes called a Mini Monstera, it is a special Aroid from the same family as the Monstera and the Philodendron, but is a Rhaphidophora from Thailand and Malaysia rather than the tropical Americas. If you love Monstera's you will love this little baby version that is perfect for smaller indoor spaces such as on desktops and bookshelves. If you want your Philo Minima to spiral and climb to dizzying heights plant along a totem or near a pole!

Requires medium indirect or filtered light or morning sun in doors and dappled light outside. Will tolerate lower light but will produce smaller leaves. Keep soil moist in summer. Prefers humid conditions so best grouped along with other plants but will tolerate normal household humidity also. Avoid extreme temperature but keep on warmer side for best results.
