Schismatoglottis acuminatissma 'Red Sword' (S)
Schismatoglottis is a genus of flowering plant native to the island of Borne. Schismatoglottis acuminatissma 'Red Sword' is a stunning variety with deep green leaves and striking silver markings. The underside of the leaves are a deep burgundy. Its tropical origins mean this plant thrives in warm, high humidity environments. Ideal for the bathroom!
The Red Sword thrives in bright indirect light. It is best to let the soil dry between waterings, and keep in a room with higher humidity such as the bathroom. Try to keep your Red Sword clear of any drafts or direct air from the heater or aircon.
